I want to talk about jazz, of course. To me jazz is, besides being America's only true art form, actually a sort of spiritual communication. The communication between the musicians themselves and the musicians and the audience is quite obviously beyond words (even when there are lyrics). Live jazz, in particular, is a form of communication that I can only accurately describe as "spiritual". For me listening to jazz, recorded or live,is an incredibly enriching spiritual experience.
