I am a well-educated woman with a dry sense of humour looking for romance with a man who is both these things and who is also emotionally intelligent. I prefer mainstream jazz to trad or avant-garde. I am of slender build and look youngish! I am low maintenance (but sending me flowers is a great way to my heart), I like good conversation,and the wind in my hair. I'm not a great joiner of things, preferring to be the observer rather than the observed. I'm an avid reader, am an English tutor by profession, but I avoid book club-type people like the plague. Hate pretension, love gentle irony. I am a good listener, and hope to meet someone who is curious enough about me to ask me questions too. A man who can give great hugs is a bonus, as I am the snuggling-up type. Lover Man, oh where can you be?
