Monterey Jazz Festival!! For 7 years I worked at the Monterey Jazz Festival Performers Entrance and collected hugs. Also worked the Monterey Bay Blues Festival for 4 years. Joe Williams sang me a tune with my head on his chest ... Bobby Blue Bland created a spontaneous song on stage about my name and derriere... saw Grover Washington Jr.'s last concert and got a hug... too many to list!! But missed Mel Torme and ella Fitzgerald performances ... boo hoo!
