I am a classically-trained cellist (not great, but you know, okay) but I love jazz. It's so filled with passion. I feel very free when I listen to it. I especially love Bebop. Charlie Parker was completely amazing! I guess people didn't really understand Bebop too much, but to me, all that wailing and craziness is just another form of expression. And I love every bit of it!
